A Agreement and eligibility
By downloading, purchasing, accessing or using a covered product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Products are intended for users aged 17 or above; any higher local age, capacity or authorisation requirement still applies.
B Limited licence
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use a product on a device you own or control for lawful personal or internal business purposes. Products are licensed, not sold.
You may not resell, rent, distribute, reverse engineer, defeat security or purchase controls, remove ownership notices, introduce harmful code, scrape or overload a service, or use it to violate another person’s rights, except where applicable law expressly allows otherwise.
C Decisions remain with the user
Review items before deleting, merging, exporting or overwriting them, and keep suitable backups. Storage recommendations, document scans, QR results, colour-vision screens, network observations and AI-assisted text may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently reviewed.
- Voice recordings remain under your device and backup controls.
- The colour-vision function is an informational screening tool and is not medical advice or a diagnosis.
- Network utilities may be used only on networks and devices you own or are authorised to inspect.
- OpenRouter text output may contain errors and must be checked before presentation or publication.
D Your files, prompts and permissions
You retain rights you lawfully hold in content you select or create. You are responsible for having permission to record, scan, process, edit or export it and for checking the selected destination. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your recordings, files, test results or prompt text to Core Security Limited.
When you request AI text refinement, the entered text is sent to OpenRouter to generate the requested result. Avoid submitting confidential or unlawful material. OpenRouter is independently governed by its terms and privacy practices.
E Purchases and external services
If a product offers a free trial or auto-renewing subscription, the price, term and included features appear before purchase. Manage or cancel it through the marketplace account used to buy it. Uninstalling a product does not cancel an active subscription. Refunds and purchase restoration remain subject to marketplace rules and mandatory law.
App marketplaces, OpenRouter and user-selected destinations are independently operated. Compatibility or a reference to a third party does not imply sponsorship or control by Core Security Limited.
F Ownership, updates and availability
Product software, branding, design and supplied materials belong to Core Security Limited or its licensors. We may issue updates, change features or discontinue a product for technical, security, marketplace, legal or operational reasons. We do not guarantee indefinite compatibility with every device, system or third-party service.
G Privacy, suspension and termination
Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy. A required permission or privacy consent is requested separately. You may stop using a product at any time. We may restrict access for a material breach, unlawful use, fraud, security risk or legal requirement. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.
H Risk allocation
To the fullest extent allowed by law, products are supplied “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or loss-free operation, complete detection, perfect output or suitability for every purpose. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Core Security Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including loss of data, profit, opportunity or device functionality. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited. You are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for third-party claims caused by your unlawful use or infringement of another person’s rights.
I Disputes and general terms
The parties should first try in good faith to resolve a dispute after receiving a reasonable description of it. An unresolved matter may be brought before a court or authority with jurisdiction under applicable law, without removing non-waivable local consumer rights.
If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may transfer these Terms with the relevant business, subject to law; you may not transfer them without consent. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and purchase terms shown before checkout form the agreement for the product.
J Changes and contact
Revised Terms may be published when products, marketplace rules or legal requirements change. Material changes receive any additional notice or consent required by law.
