CORE SECURITY

First identify the holder

The correct deletion step depends on whether information is on your iPhone, temporarily handled through OpenRouter, held in a Core Security support record, or controlled by an app marketplace.

1

Information on your device

Delete voice recordings, documents, QR items, storage-review results and colour-vision results inside the relevant product or through iOS file and storage controls. You can also revoke permissions, clear product data or uninstall the product. Check device and cloud backups separately. Core Security cannot remotely erase content it never received.

2

OpenRouter text requests

If you used AI text refinement, the prompt and generated result were sent to OpenRouter for that operation. If either is stored in connection with processing, it is deleted no later than two weeks after the last related processing activity. You may also contact us so we can review any eligible record under our control; independently controlled provider records may require a request to that provider.

3

Ask Core Security to delete an eligible record

Email [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Describe the product, approximate date and record involved, but do not send passwords, authentication codes or unnecessary sensitive content.

We may request limited information needed to match the request to a support message, transaction reference or technical record. We will delete or de-identify eligible information, explain any lawful restriction, and confirm the result using the contact channel available to us.

4

Marketplace purchases and external destinations

Apple or another marketplace controls primary purchase, subscription and refund records. Manage those through the marketplace account and its privacy controls. Files you exported to another application, storage service or recipient must be deleted at that destination.

Limits and necessary retention

A deletion request does not require removal of information that has already been anonymised, is held only on your device, or must be retained for security, fraud prevention, transaction evidence, legal obligations or the establishment and defence of claims. Any exception is limited to what is necessary.
